My Pizza Blog!
Firstly, let me say I love pizza. I make it at least once or more a week. For years, I would just buy premade dough and let it thaw and work it until I had it just right. Sometimes, that didn’t always work out. The dough would become less elastic and hard to work with. I’d have tears where I’d take a chunk off the crust and do some patch work. It was so frustrating. I tried my hand at making my own dough but that proved fruitless as it was so “bready” it wasn’t good. I gave up! Our local pizza place received my family’s orders for a solid year or so. But I became increasingly upset at the price these pizza’s were costing us. $24.99 for a pineapple and ham, almost $30 for a full veggie. It was crazy. I understand why they charge so much but I needed to dive into the art of making pizza. So this blog is dedicated to the craft. Have fun!
